Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are 'base prices'?

The price of our desserts vary depending on flavour, design and quantity. Base prices represent that of a cake with no design, filled with plain buttercream (akin to a blank canvas!)

2. Where is your pick up location?

Strictly at Pasir Ris Grove only. Upon collection, you would be required to check your order and sign off a receipt, after which we are not liable for any damage of the desserts. Especially for cakes, public transport is strongly discouraged.

* Tips to transporting cake via car: Cake delivery is a serious skill. All our cakes are stabilised with dowels for support but they are still not immune to bumpy car rides and rough handling. If you're self-collecting, it would be best to have someone else in the car with you so that the cake box can sit on their lap. What we usually do is carry the box throughout the entire ride (hover it above your lap, supporting with both hands at the base) so that the cake don't absorb the shock of sudden brakes and sharp turns. It's an arm workout, but better than a collapsed cake! :(

3. How much would delivery cost?

It varies depending on your location, a good gauge would be Grab price!

4. How should I store my desserts?

We do not recommend refrigerating any of our desserts unless otherwise stated - they may harden and start to form condensation when pulled out of the fridge. As all orders are made fresh, cakes, cupcakes and macarons last up to 2 days. It is recommended to store cakes, cupcakes and macarons away from sunlight, preferably in an air-conditioned room. Macarons are best kept in air tight containers so they remain crisp.

5. Are bags, candles, cutting knives, plates, etc provided?

No they are not.
